You can't help falling in love with this alluring resort on the infamous Elvis Presley Boulevard. Guest rooms are hip with vibrant colors, and the designs were supervised by Priscilla Presley. Enjoy dinner and a live show or concert at the theater located on the property. Smoke free premises. 450 units, some two bedrooms. 7 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

The hotel was great. The staff was great. The location was great. The carpeting in our room and throughout the hotel needs to be shampooed.
Arrived early and told to check on room availability up until announced check-in time of 4:00PM. Room was not ready before 4:00 PM (that’s fine) but when checking in at 4:00PM with many others, only 2 staff people at front desk to check in all the waiting guests. Minor problem getting into room when discovering ants crawling around bathroom sink. Someone from engineering came to room and said we would be moved to another room because ours had to be sprayed. We were told someone would bring us new room key in 5 minutes. After about a 20-minute wait, went down to front desk to get new key. Front desk person seemed somewhat annoyed at having to make the room switch and even more annoyed at responding to my request to have bellman come and help us move luggage to new room. On the flip side, all of the bellmen who assisted us when arriving at and departing from the hotel were friendly, pleasant, and extremely helpful. Two dinners at the EP’s Grill. First night male waiter seemed only mildly interested in customer service; second night female waitress was very pleasant. Visited Shake, Rattle & Go several times - always extremely pleasant and helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel and great location right next to Graceland. It’s our first time in Memphis but certainly not our last. We’ll stay here again on our next trip.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service. great food at Delta's. Knowledgeable staff. Perfect location. It's not overwhelming all Elvis in your face. Subtle and classy.
