The front desk and the concierges were very helpful! The hotel has a grand history and a great location! The concierges gave us several helpful suggestions. The only issue we had was with our maid service. The first day the maid never serviced our room. The second day they took all the opened shampoo, conditioners, lotions and soap but did not replace. We had to call the front desk to get it replaced. On the third day they did not service the room again. The other couple traveling with us got their room serviced everyday. I don’t know if they were short staffed on the cleaning side or not. Love the old hotel!
