This property is near major medical facilities on the south side of downtown and offers modest but comfortable accommodations. There are nicely shaded areas and a lovely lobby seating area. Smoke free premises. 79 units. 4 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Overall, the room served it's purpose. A place to sleep. But nothing more. The breakfast selection was extremely limited both days

The hotel was clean, the rooms well appointed, the location was ideal. Great value. Parking wasn't ideal but adequate. Neither of us took advantage of breakfast so I cannot comment on that but it smelled wonderful. My only complaint was the noise by what I presume was staff getting ready for the day at 4am.

Even though it's next to the hospitals, it is a quiet secluded location. Good breakfast included. Plenty of parking. Friendly. Close to everything downtown. Price is right! Microwave, fridge, and Keurig. Only negative is a very noisy air conditioner. 3rd stay here. We'll do it again.
