We waited until after 5:30 to get the check into our room there was no light around the mirror so we couldn't see what we were doing in the bathroom we were next to the gym and at 2:00 in the morning we were woke up by the noise of people using the gym and when I call customer service for Best Western they didn't want to know anything they felt that it was okay to just be that way we had booked tickets for our arrival date of Friday and because of the delay getting into our room we had to miss what we had paid for and they didn't care
