The lovely lobby has a classic design with antique-style furnishings. Rooms all have luxurious bedding and either a stylish older décor or have an upscale modern design. You will find the staff highly attuned to your needs. They can point you in the direction of many of Vancouver's attractions, since the location is so ideally located. The hotel is also right off Robson Street, making it a great starting point for shopping expeditions. Smoke free premises. 397 units. 21 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Wonderful Hotel! Only 1 complaint. The room was supposed to be cleaned while we were out. The bed was thrown together, not vacuumed or cleaned! Would have expected to be cleaned. Other than that We Loved this hotel!
