The hotel is beautiful inside and out. It’s a little bit of a pain getting to the hotel beach because you either take a shuttle bus or you walk down lots of stairs. Once you get there it’s very pretty and there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas you can use. The pools were pretty and we liked the food at Luna Mar. one thing that I suggest the hotel offer is a complimentary coffee bar where you can get coffee any time of the day. Perhaps located in the lobby. There was a coffee shop and the coffee was great there but it was always crowded and expensive. When we checked in they didn’t give us the room we booked with 2 double beds. Instead we got a suite with one bed and a fold out couch. My daughter slept on it and it was like sleeping on the floor. The next day we asked to move to a room with 2 queen beds and they moved us and gave us a room with an ocean view which was gorgeous! We weren’t charged extra for it so that was great. The valet staff was very friendly and did an outstanding job. We enjoyed talking to them!
