This atrium-style hotel has an enormous lobby filled with plush sofas and workspaces. Every guest room features 49-inch smart TVs, rain-style shower heads and luxurious, snow-white linen bedding. While the hotel is equipped with an excellent exercise room, a full health club is also featured in-house at a fee to guests. The health club is operated by a third party. I always have a great experience at this hotel. This time however when I arrived I was told the room I booked wasn’t available and I would need to upgrade and pay a higher price than what I expected to pay. I’m not very happy with that, but most other things were good. It was an extremely rowdy wedding that night that even on one of the top floors we continued to hear through the night and then the rowdy guest when they headed to their rooms. I’ve stayed here 6x and this is the only time that’s ever happened, so I hope it’s not the norm for other guest
