The hotel is located on the waterfront and is only a short drive to downtown Tampa, sports and concert venues and museums. Guest rooms offer fabulous views of Tampa Bay. They have a small beachfront area where you can relax and catch some rays or use paddleboards, kayaks and pontoon boats to roam about the bay. View waa beautiful. Location was great. Staff not so much. They couldn't split our payment. Front desk people said they were new, even manager. Valet told us to use app but it didn't notify them at all. Housekeeping ignored our do not disturb and kept knocking. It wasn't a relaxing experience.

Honestly, it was just a room. The view of the bay was nice enough, albeit bisected by a busy road. The room was unremarkable. The air conditioning vent was right next to the bed and quite noisy. The carpeted floor by the desk was sticky and either dirty or speckled with paint by the bed. The most disappointing feature was the complete lack of insulation. Housekeeping bumped the wall in the room next door and the mirror in our wall actually shook. We could hear the neighbor’s 6am alarm and every noise in the hallway. It was underwhelming.
