The hotel was just adequate. The service was nonexistent. There was never anyone at the front desk when you needed something and no way to call. We needed toilet tissue and had to go to the front desk several times to ask for some. The housekeeping person didn’t speak English and we couldn’t communicate our needs to her. She didn’t have toilet tissue on her cart. We have to track her down to get clean towels because no one came into the room to provide clean towels or to empty the trash . I was very surprised at the poor service as I have stayed at Marriott hotels before and received quality service.
