Our only issues were being out of hand soap and shampoo and never being able to reach anyone by phone. I had to go to the front desk and wait in line to report outages in our room.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel - clean, beautiful ocean view room and great amenities. However, the hotel is next door to a restaurant / club called Lulu's. If we had known our ocean facing room was near a nightclub we would have stayed somewhere else. Lulu's is LOUD. Their music blasts from around 10 pm to 2 am. So while the hotel was awesome, the rooms facing the ocean are too close to Lulu's to get a decent night's sleep.
