Horrible smell, cigarettes maybe, upon entering the room. Key card device is temperamental. The room didn't feel clean. No breakfast is a bummer. Both Google and Yelp reviews are terrible.

Booked 2 nights, but reservation had 3 listed in error. Lost money when I didn’t show up for the early day that I never even requested. Staff unhelpful. Eternal hold when tried to remedy via 800 number. Horrible experience.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. I loved the pool view from my nice room. We were ae to rent bikes and ride along the waterfront and the food at Sweetwater restaurant was very good.
