When I realized the hotel was in the mall parking lot, I was a little concerned the rooms would be nosy. The room was very quiet, very clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the pool and were very close to the river path. The hotel was as nice as described. We are planning on staying here again the next time we visit in Eugene.

Front desk help was amazing. We had to extend our stay and they made it so easy. Room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the deck overlooking the gardens was wonderful.

Horrible smell, cigarettes maybe, upon entering the room. Key card device is temperamental. The room didn't feel clean. No breakfast is a bummer. Both Google and Yelp reviews are terrible.

Booked 2 nights, but reservation had 3 listed in error. Lost money when I didn’t show up for the early day that I never even requested. Staff unhelpful. Eternal hold when tried to remedy via 800 number. Horrible experience.
