Guest rooms at this full-service boutique hotel feature black-and-white photos of the University of Michigan campus, oversize padded headboards and spa-like bathrooms with wireless speakers. The modern exterior has lovely landscaping. Many guests enjoy the atrium pool area, which has spiral staircases that lead to semiprivate terraces. The seasonal patio is a nice oasis. Smoke free premises. 158 units. 4 stories, interior corridors.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Easy access to U of Michigan. Only complaint was room faced the indoor pool and people were socializing out there until late in the evening. It was like having a lobby outside the door. Not quiet.
