AAA Diamond Inspector Notes
A variety of room types is offered at this resort including standard hotel rooms, residential suites, lofts and multi level cottages. Take in the ocean air on a private deck or the harborside lawn. Most rooms at the hotel are luxuriously appointed with fine art and gas fireplaces. Multiple in-room games plus a wireless radio with a selection of soothing music is provided. Suite bathrooms are outfitted with a double vanity, deep soaking tub and separate tiled shower with an extra-large shower head. Guests enjoy the outdoor pool with its multiple padded lounge chairs and cabanas for rent. A pool attendant provides sun screen, towel set up, and pool floaters. Light pastries and coffee are offered each morning. This is a great location within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants or if you prefer, there is a courtesy driver that'll take you to town in "green" style in a BMW Active Hybrid 7 sedan. There is also a self-drive program with BMW that allows guests to sign up for a few hours of driving their latest vehicles on the island. This program is first come, first served and not guaranteed. Smoke free premises. 117 cottages, some two bedrooms, three bedrooms and kitchens. 2-3 stories (no elevator), interior/exterior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Hotel details were off the mark. Flyer indicated complimentary coffee, tea, and pastries in the Lobby every morning from 8 - 11am, they were there only on the 19th of Oct, then stopped. Same thing with the cookies in the Lobby from 1 - 3pm, went on the 20th for a bite, and told they stopped it the day before! What's up??? Notify your guests. No bathrobes in room. For a 5 star hotel, very disappointed on the attention to details. Won't be going back there.
