Very bad customer service! Front office staff not friendly. Brandon was the only one who seemed to be working hard and trying but we only saw him once. They would not even give us another pillow when the hotel had only a few rooms booked! Bed was very uncomfortable. Food was sub par. Our room had hair in the shower from previous guests. No cleaning services on day 2, even though that is part of it. No clean towels provided day 2. Lots of other better choices in the area so don't recommend this!
