With several separate buildings, guests might encounter a short stroll to breakfast or the lobby area. The Colonial design and furnishings make for comfortable guest rooms. Smoke free premises. 90 units, some kitchens. 3-4 stories (no elevator), interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

room on lower level (basement) were musty and moldy smelling. Although bathroom sink/toilet were clean, the amount of dirt in the corners on the floor and the dirty mirror made us question cleanliness throughout. Floors in living area were very sticky and whatever mattress cover they had on the beds made it so uncomfortable - hot and sweaty. Lastly, when you have window AC units that go to outside and you say you have a nonsmoking room...but then put a smoking area right outside the window...we smelled everyone's cigarettes the whole time. Overall, we were pretty disappointed.
