The hotel was very clean, and the staff was awesome. We did request housekeeping to come in the second day of pur stay just to take away used towels and provide new ones along with taking out the trash, as there was only a small waste can that I noticed. We arrived back that second evening, but housekeeping had not come in our room. It wasn't a huge deal, as Sean provided us with a set of new towels. Sean and the other young man at the front desk were extremely polite and helpful when we checked in. I had reserved a garden view with 2 queen beds, but the room was actually an atrium view which I liked better. Sean said he would upgrade us to a garden view, but it was a king suite with a pull-out sofa bed, and we really needed 2 actual beds, so we declined and took the queen room looking over the atrium. The location was only 7 minutes from our daughter's apartment and was super easy to get there. We would definitely book this hotel again.
