This meat-eaters mecca offers a menu filled with Prime steaks, including wet-aged filet mignon, New York strip steak, dry-aged reserve-cut bone-in rib-eye and imported Kobe beef. The steaks are served with a choice of toppings and sauces. Excellent seafood also is featured. The low-lit dining room has thick, curved wood beams overhead designed to make guests feel like they are dining inside the rib cage of a carnivorous dinosaur.
