Self-proclaimed, "The happiest steakhouse in the universe," this restaurant opened by the legendary Oscar Goodman offers guests the same things that he loves, with an emphasis on eating, drinking and being happy. The flavorful steaks are grilled on a 600-degree grill, and all the side dishes are made to order. The Prime rib is enormous. The restaurant's second-story view—looking straight down Fremont Street—cannot be beat.
