Tom Colicchio's dining room concentrates on natural materials with a wood-filled dining room placed in the center of the famous Mirage Gardens. The menu focuses on natural, antibiotic-free beef and even features an A5 Japanese Wagyu strip sirloin. I would not pass up the Brussels sprouts side dish. The bar scene always is electric.
