After visiting the arena from which you can get a closer look at the underground area of the Colosseum, the tour will proceed on to the upper level through the regular visitors route. Your ticket includes priority entrance and access to areas most people don’t get to see. After exploring the Colosseum, your ticket allows you to enter the Roman Forum, the hub of the ancient city's trade network, and Palatine Hill, where Romulus founded Rome almost three thousand years ago and where the emperors lived in their luxurious palaces.
