- If you redeem the ticket at the Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center at Odakyu Station, you can only take trains departing from Odakyu Station. Please purchase the one-way ticket to get to Odakyu Station at your own expense. Please note that the ticket for the ride between Shinjuku Station and Odawara Station is non-refundable.
- Please redeem your voucher to collect the physical ticket within the operating hours of Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center, Shinjuku West. Unredeemed vouchers cannot be used as a ticket
- Be mindful of the operating hours of each counter. No voucher redemption services are available during non-operating hours
- The operating hours are subject to change without notice, please refer to the official website for more details
- Please note that voucher redemption is not available at Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center, Hakone-Yumoto
- No changes or cancellation can be made once the Hakone Freepass is redeemed
- Travelers are required to purchase a limited express ticket on-site (at traveler's own expense) if they wish to ride the Romancecar
- Free admission for children under age 6 (ticket not required), must not occupy a seat. Children ages 6 and over are required to purchase a child ticket
