Plunge into the rainforest for a tour of the cacao groves and learn about sustainable cacao-growing. Find out how to graft a cacao tree before tasting cacao pulp from a freshly-cut pod. Then, sample chocolate made on the Rabot Estate and unique to Saint Lucia while crafting your own chocolate bar.
