DescriptionAt the junction of the Thompson and Fraser rivers, Lytton derives its livelihood from its location. Native peoples harvested salmon from this river junction. Their trail along the Fraser became a major route to the gold fields, with Lytton as a base of supplies. This community calls itself the Rafting Capital of Canada and claims some of the warmest weather in the country.
