Cancellations

A cancellation fee of 10% will apply to non-holiday reservations if cancelled prior to 7 days before your arrival date. No refunds within 7 days of arrival date. Reservations for major holidays (Memorial weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) are NON-refundable up to two nights. No refunds are given for early departures.

Site Policies

4 persons (2 adults, 2 children) maximum per RV or tent site. Additional person fee applies. Vehicles are allowed on site pads or designated parking places only. One vehicle only per RV, tent site or cabin. Arrangements can be made at office for additional vehicles and/or vehicles that will not fit in designated sites.

Reservation Policy

Reservations are suggested, but not required. Reservations may be made up to one year in advance. Payment will be taken with your reservation. Good Sam discount only applies to the daily rate (not to weekly or monthly).

Pet Policy

All dog breeds are welcome at the Resort, however, aggressive dogs will not be tolerated. No more than 2 pets allowed per RV without prior approval by management. Pets are not allowed in any Resort owned buildings. Pets must be on a leash when outside of your RV, Cabin or Tent, and accompanied by you at all times. Pets may be off-leash in the Dog Park only, and IF you are with them at all times. So that all guests can enjoy their lawn space, please pick up your pet's waste. Pet owners will be held responsible for the behavior of their pet around other guests and pets, and for damage to Resort grounds and/or facilities caused by their pet. Cats are not allowed to run loose in the Resort, and must be kept inside your RV or on a leash. No cats allowed in cabins.

Quiet hours are 9:30 pm - 7 am
