One would never imagine that Evanston was so far from the ocean after visiting this refined dining room. The menu bursts with all manner of fresh seafood from around the country such as wild Hawaiian swordfish, Maine yellowfin tuna, Alaskan king salmon and Massachusetts oysters. Not to be overlooked on the menu are the fine Australian rack of lamb and the prime Nebraska filet mignon. A multi-course tasting menu is available for those wanting to sample something special from the chef. On Fridays, the restaurant offers a surf and turf menu with filet mignon and Maine lobster.
