Historic. You will be drooling over the food at this innovative vegan restaurant. A menu staple is the rutabaga fondue, which is served with freshly baked pretzel bread (ask for extra bread because you don't want to miss a drop of this rich dish). The rest of the menu is based on seasonality, but your server can guide you toward a handful of choices. The desserts are equally decadent, many featuring homemade sorbet or ice cream in unique flavors.
