A modern show kitchen with a mystery centerpiece box attracts me, but the truffle tater tots keep me coming back for more!
AAA Inspector Notes
The use of local products, an open fire grill kitchen and the talents of the culinary crew make this one of Austin's leading food venues. Most dishes on the seasonal menu were created with the touch of the open flame. I highly recommend the fermented carrot embers, and entrées like seared Atlantic cod are perfectly grilled and nicely garnished with pickled cherries. The menu is artistically descriptive and fun to read.
