Shaped like a lotus with 10 petals (or fingers), ArtScience Museum is a striking and iconic cultural institution at Marina Bay. The largest private museum in Singapore, ArtScience features 21 galleries, which host a mix of permanent and special exhibitions that explore the intersection of art, science, technology, and culture.
The basics
In addition to its landmark permanent exhibition, Future World: Where Art Meets Science, ArtScience Museum regularly hosts special and traveling exhibitions, including large-scale exhibitions on works from different artists and innovators, science and technology topics, and more. The museum also offers talks, creative sessions, workshops, masterclasses, and a curated selection of films in its cinema. Visitors can explore the galleries independently or opt for a guided tour to take in the highlights or topics such as architecture or sustainability.

- There’s no entrance fee to access the museum, though certain exhibitions require a separate fee.
- Guided tours in English and Mandarin are available for an extra fee and generally require same-day exhibition tickets.
- ArtScience Museum is accessible to people using wheelchairs, and manual wheelchairs are available free of charge; not all exhibitions permit strollers.

How to get there
ArtScience Museum is located at 6 Bayfront Avenue, in front of Marina Bay Sands. The closest MRT station is Bayfront, and the closest bus stop is the Marina Bay Sands Theatre Bus Stop. Visitors who drive should park at the North Car Park at Marina Bay Sands. Visitors taking a taxi should disembark at The Shoppes/Casino drop-off and the Bayfront North WaterB kiosk for boat taxis.
When to get there
ArtScience Museum is open daily from midmorning to evening, with the last entry an hour before close. A timed entry ticket is required for some exhibitions, including the permanent Future World: Where Art Meets Science exhibition.
