Folk singers and dancers entertain during the meal. In the afternoon, guests are treated to a gaucho show, where the estancia cattle herders show off their skills on horseback. Visit in November to attend the annual gaucho festival in nearby San Antonio de Areco. Weather is mild throughout the year, though day trips can sell out in summer (December to February).
