It’s possible to reach the park by public transportation; take the 208 or 220 bus to Western Road Glucksman. Cycling is another popular way to get around the city.

Fitzgerald’s Park is open daily year-round, although hours are seasonal. The park typically opens in the morning around 8.30am, while closing time varies depending on the time of year—check the park website for the latest hours. Visit in spring to see the flowerbeds in bloom, but the park is lovely any time of year for a stroll.
