The Basics

Admission tickets to the Florybal Magic Park offer full-day access to the park; most rides and attractions are included. Follow the walking trails through various themed zones, where you can admire lakes, sculptures, and animatronic dinosaurs; visit a goblin mine and medieval castle; and sample chocolates at a mini chocolate factory. There’s also a dinosaur bus that transports you around the park, a 7D cinema experience, and rollercoasters and rides that are aimed at younger children.

Things to Know Before You Go

• The park is great fun for families and is most suitable for kids aged 3-12; children under three go free.

• The park’s walking trails total 1.5 miles (2.5 kilometers), so wear comfortable shoes and clothing.

• On-site facilities include lockers and luggage storage, free parking, a gift shop, and a food court.

• Attractions are generally suitable for all ages, but some have height or age restrictions.

• The park is accessible for wheelchairs and strollers, but not all of the activities are suitable for those with limited mobility.

How to Get There

The Florybal Magic Park is located in Canela, around 68 miles (110 kilometers) northeast of Porto Alegre or a 2-hour drive. Free hourly shuttle buses run to the park from hotels in Canela or Gramado—call ahead to book a place.

When to Get There

The park is open daily from 9am-5pm year-round. It can get busy, especially on summer weekends, when it’s recommended to arrive early and book your admission ticket in advance.
