How to Get There

Set in the suburbs of Port Elizabeth, Kragga Kamma is about about nine miles (14 kilometers) for a 20-minute drive from the city center off the M15 on Kragga Kamma Road. You can reach the game park via car or by booking a game drive that includes pickup and drop-off from your Port Elizabeth accommodations.

When to Get There

You can visit the park on a day trip anytime for a self-driving safari or a guided game drive. To see the animals at their most active, stay overnight and explore the park after sunset or in the wee hours of the morning.

Cheetah Interactions at Kragga Kamma

Kragga Kamma is home to hand-reared adult and juvenile cheetahs that live in an enclosure separate from the rest of park's animals. You can join a 15-minute tour of the cheetah enclosure every hour on the hour from 10am to 3pm. You may have the opportunity to pet or take a photograph with one of the cheetahs.
