Lanzarote Aquarium
Centro Comercial El Trébol, Avenida Las Acacias, Costa Teguise, Lanzarote, 35508
Admire hundreds of marine species, including clown fish, hermit crabs, sea cucumbers, and more at Lanzarote Aquarium, the largest in the Canary Islands. With more than 30 fish tanks, several interactive pools, and a dedicated underwater shark viewing tunnel, there’s plenty for animal lovers to enjoy.
The Basics
At Lanzarote Aquarium, which has an emphasis on marine conservation, look out for native species such as tiger fish, as well as turtles, seahorses, and rays. Don’t miss the interactive aquariums either, where you can stroke starfish. Adventurous travelers over the age of 12 also can take part in shark diving experiences, even without an official PADI certification.
With so much to see and do at Lanzarote Aquarium, don’t waste time in standing in the ticket line when you arrive; instead, purchase online admission tickets in advance for a seamless experience.
