Plaza Muñoz Gamero is located in the center of Punta Arenas. It is just a 5-minute drive (or 30-minute walk) from Arturo Prat Pier. Magellanes Regional Museum

At the Magallanes Regional Museum, visitors can see the well-preserved former residence of the Braun and Menéndez families. The museum displays a number of artifacts detailing the history and culture of the Magallanes region, as well as a collection of fine furniture, tapestries, and statues.
