The Basics

Home to more than 1,500 creatures, SEA LIFE Great Yarmouth features such themed, family-friendly exhibits as the Tropical Ocean Display and Tunnel, where you can see sharks and a sea turtle named Noah; the Crocodile Enclosure, home to African dwarf crocodiles; and Jelly Invaders, which takes you on a journey into the fascinating world of jellyfish. Regular talks, feedings, and demonstrations take place throughout the day and are included with admission. Prebook tickets to guarantee immediate entry, even during the busiest times.

How to Get There

SEA LIFE Great Yarmouth is centrally located on Great Yarmouth’s Marine Parade, within a short walking distance of many hotels and other attractions. Great Yarmouth Railway Station is a 25-minute walk or a 5- to 10-minute drive away. Paid parking is available on Marine Parade.

When to Get There

SEA LIFE Great Yarmouth is open daily (except December 25 and 26) from morning until early evening. During weekends and holiday periods, there may be a wait to enter the aquarium, and you may have to wait outside. The attraction is busiest between 11am and 3pm, so aim to visit outside these times, or prebook tickets to avoid having to wait.

SEA LIFE Feedings

In addition to the usual daily demonstrations, SEA LIFE Great Yarmouth offers premium (and individually ticketed) feeding events, which include feeding blacktip reef sharks and Noah, the resident green sea turtle. Available to visitors aged 12 and over, these experiences are accompanied by an aquarist who provides information about the creatures’ diets and habitats.
