We’re happy to review situations on a case-by-case basis and do our best to assist.

Utility Hookup Guidelines

Each RV site is equipped with a metered electrical panel that includes 20, 30, and 50 amp receptacles. Please select the correct outlet that matches your RV's power requirements. We strongly recommend using a surge protector between your RV and the power pedestal to protect your equipment from electrical fluctuations. Ensure your power cord is in good condition and free of damage before connecting. Each site provides a connection to city water using a standard 3/4" female threaded hose. You must use a standard RV potable water hose (white or blue) designed for drinking water. We suggest using a water pressure regulator to avoid damage to your RV's plumbing system. Before connecting, flush your hose to clear out any debris. Always turn off the water supply before disconnecting. We ask that you please be mindful of water usage during your stay—conserving water helps keep our park sustainable and eco-friendly. Each site has a septic connection designed for secure, odor-free drainage. We require a threaded sewer hose elbow fitting for all connections to our septic system. Sewer hoses must form a tight, secure seal—no unthreaded, loosely fitting, torn, leaking, or makeshift sewer hoses will be permitted. We suggest a proper slope support or hose ramp to allow gravity flow and avoid backups. General Hookup Reminders: Always connect and disconnect utilities in a safe and dry condition. Do not tamper with any utility infrastructure not assigned to your site. Report any issues with hookups to park management immediately.

Laundry Policy

For the convenience of our guests, we provide a washing machine and clothes dryer located inside the Rec Room. These appliances are available for use daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. If these hours do not align with your schedule, please contact management to discuss alternate arrangements. Usage Guidelines: $2 per load (wash and dry). We accept cash or Venmo for electronic payments. Supplies: Guests are responsible for providing their own laundry detergent and related products. Prohibited Items: Do not wash any dog or cat bedding, blankets, comforters, rugs, or similar bulky or pet-related items. These should be taken to one of the several laundromats in Durant or Madill equipped to handle them. Machine Care: Do not overload the washer. Please separate jeans and towels into smaller loads if you have several of each. Clean the lint screen on top of the dryer after every load. Courtesy to Others: Please do not leave laundry in the machines. If you are leaving the property, please return by the time your laundry is finished. Wash and dry cycles are approximately one hour each. Be respectful of shared space and time so all guests can enjoy access. Guests who do not follow the above guidelines may be asked to use off-site laundry facilities instead. Thank you for your cooperation!

RV Age Restriction Policy

In order to maintain a standard of appearance and ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, our RV park enforces the following general age restriction: Recreational Vehicles must be 10 years old or newer to be permitted within the park. Exceptions for Older RVs: We understands that some older RVs may be well-maintained and in excellent condition. Therefore, RVs older than 10 years may be allowed at the sole discretion of park management. Guests wishing to bring an RV older than 10 years must: submit recent photos via email to countrydreamrv@gmail.com of all sides of the RV, including the interior if requested. Please provide basic information such as the make, model, and year of the RV. Approval is required prior to arrival. Management reserves the right to deny entry to any RV, regardless of age, that does not meet the park’s appearance or safety standards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Campsite Cleanliness Policy

We ask that all guests maintain a clean and orderly site during their stay. Personal items should be stored neatly and not obstruct roadways or neighboring sites. Outdoor furniture and decorations should be in good condition. Trash must be placed in designated receptacles (at both sides of front gates) and should not be left outside unattended. Please refrain from storing excessive outdoor items, tools, or debris around your RV. All non-RV structures, including but not limited to portable storage buildings, free-standing awnings, shade tents, and fences, are subject to approval by park management. Permanent-style additions or large structures are generally not allowed unless prior approval is obtained. Please do not place place any items or hang towels on fences, we love our neighbors and want to respect their space. Management reserves the right to deny or request the removal of any structure that is deemed inappropriate, unsightly, or unsafe. Guests will be notified if any issues need to be addressed.

Pet Policy

We love dogs and welcome your furry family members to stay with us! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests—both two-legged and four—we kindly ask that you follow our pet policy: We do not have breed restrictions; however, dogs that display aggressive behavior in any capacity will not be permitted. Determination of behavior is at the discretion of park management. We reserve the right to request up-to-date vaccination records at any time during your stay. Leashes & Supervision: Dogs must be on a leash at all times while on park property, with the only exception being trained service dogs. Please note that comfort or emotional support animals are not considered service animals under ADA guidelines. No Tethering: Tethering is not allowed unless you are physically outside with your dog. Unattended tethering is not permitted under any circumstances. Clean-Up Required: Please pick up after your pets and dispose of bagged waste in trash receptacles located at the front of the property near the gates. Failure to do so will result in $50 clean-up fee. We allow 2 dogs maximum per reserved site. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our park clean, friendly, and welcoming for everyone—we’re excited to meet your pup!

Fire Safety Policy

The safety of our guests and the preservation of our natural surroundings are top priorities at Country Dream RV Park. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, the following fire and safety rules must be strictly observed: The use of fireworks is strictly prohibited anywhere on RV park property. This includes sparklers, firecrackers, and all other pyrotechnic devices. Violations may result in immediate removal from the premises with no refund. Campfires are only permitted in fire pits; we have several for you to use or you may bring your own. All campfires must be attended at all times. Fires must be fully extinguished before retiring for the night or leaving the campsite. Do not build fires during windy conditions or during fire bans issued by local authorities. We recommend keeping a fire extinguisher readily available at your RV or campsite. In case of fire or emergency situation, dial 911 and notify park management as soon as it is safe to do so.

Length of Stay Policy

We accept online reservations for up to 14 consecutive days. Any request for a stay beyond 14 days must receive prior approval from management and cannot be confirmed through RoverPass. While we are happy to accommodate longer stays, please note that we offer 30-day reservations at a time. These reservations are not considered a lease, rental agreement, or tenancy in any form. If you're interested in a long-term stay, a mandatory 2-week trial period is required before management will consider approval for an extended reservation. This trial period allows both you and our team to ensure a good fit within our community.
