Check In

Check In Time: 2PM | Go straight to your site, but please text 601-900-7695 when you arrive. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧'𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐥. Check-out time is 11 a.m. If you need additional time, you can have 2 extra hours, but if you are not gone by 2 p.m., you will be charged for an additional day.

Damages

We want your stay to be issue-free. However, if you cause damage to any park property your credit card on file will be charged for repairs.

Cancellations:

If you cancel 11 days or more before your reservation begins: We will refund all but a $20 service fee. If you cancel 10 days or less before your reservation begins: We will refund all but one night's stay.

Forms of payment:

We accept Visa, Mastercard and cash. Sorry, no checks.

Drones:

Drones may not be flown from or around the park. We have too many trees and they do pose safety risks.

Refunds:

We do not give refunds for early departure. We have saved your spot for you for the time you requested. Camping is an outdoor experience and we do not issue refunds for inclement weather.

Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs:

You may not work on your vehicle (including oil change) in the park. If needed, we are happy to offer information about local businesses that provide repair and maintenance services. You may not wash vehicles or campers on park property. There is a car wash less than a mile to the east on Highway 80.

Fireworks & Air guns:

Fireworks and Air guns are prohibited on park property. Air guns include airsoft guns, BB guns, and Pellet Guns.

General No-Nos:

No digging in the park. No tree cutting in the park.

Alcohol consumption:

No consumption of alcohol is allowed outside your rig. Public intoxication or unruly behavior will result in expulsion from the park.

Clotheslines:

We do not allow clotheslines of any kind.

Outdoor Fires:

Outdoor fires are allowed inside designated fire rings only. Do not leave fires unattended. All charcoal is to be dumped into your fire ring. Do not go off and leave hot coals unattended.

Garbage:

Please clean up after yourself. Do not discard cigarette or cigar butts on the ground. All garbage is to be bagged and placed in designated dumpsters or cans. Do not place or leave garbage at your campsite

Gray water and sewage:

Ground disposal of any waste water (gray water or black) is prohibited by state law. Wastewater must be disposed of into sewer drains. State law requires sewer drains to have a tight seal by use of a sewer donut (sewer ring) or a screw-type connector. Do not put grease down the sewer lines. If you need an approved connector for your sewer, please contact the office as we will have a few on hand.

Site Occupancy:

Only one camper/RV per site. No tent camping on an RV site. If you want to tent camp, you must rent a site. Only 2 vehicles per site. Park in the designated parking area for your site. Do not park in a site that you have not rented. Do not park on the grass. Do not park in the roadway. A maximum of 6 people (4 for long term) per site is allowed.

Quiet Time:

10:00 pm to 7:00 am

Pet Policy (Dogs &cats only):

A maximum of 2 pets per site is allowed. Pets may not be left in or out of your camper when you are not present. When pets are outside, they must be on a leash. No leashes longer than 6 feet long. Pets must be walked by a responsible person who will pick up/clean up after your pet immediately. You may not erect any fences or pens outside your camper. Pets may not be tied or crated outside. Aggressive pets of any kind are not allowed. If your dog shows protective behavior, is unfriendly to strangers or barks excessively please leave them at home. If you choose to bring your pet and they display any of this kind of behavior, you will be asked to leave and no refunds will be issued.

Check in/Check out time:

Check-in time is 2 pm. If you wish to arrive before 2 pm you must contact us to see if your site is available. Check-out time is 11 am. If you cannot be gone by 11 am, you must contact us to see if new guests are scheduled for your site. If approved to stay later than 11 am, any guest not gone by 2 pm will incur an additional day’s charges.

Speed Limit:

Less than 10 mph at all times. This will ensure the safety of all our guests. Please remember to watch for children.

Reservations:

Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. A reservation is not made until a deposit has been paid. Reservations can be made through our website, or by phone call 601-900-7695. You can call us or text us and ask us to call you.
