Campground Overview
Jeff's at Big Lake RV Park is located near beautiful Big Lake, pristine rivers, gorgeous wilderness, and majestic mountains. The park is within travel distance of Anchorage, Denali Park, and Chugach State Park.
At our campground, you can enjoy RV Sites for all sizes of campers and motorhomes as well as amenities to help make your stay comfortable!
Check In
Check In Time: 3PM | Come to the office and we will direct you to your site. Late check-out may be available but must be arranged ahead of time. Additional fees may apply. In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures. Call for late check-ins, we might be able to accommodate you.
Rules
9. Do not allow your dog to dig. Aggressive, barking or whining dogs are not allowed in the park.
7. Park is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owners for any injury or damage caused by the pet(s). Guests should carry proof of their pet’s current vaccinations.
8. Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal.
General:
1. Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children/and or pets.
3. There is a two-pet limit in the park.
5. Pets may not be left outside unattended.
6. Guests are responsible for “clean-up” after their pets. Failure to pick up feces will result in a $50 fine.
4. All pets must be registered at the front desk upon arrival.
2. Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.
4. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies of the park.
5. All guests and visitors must register upon arrival.
3. The park is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss, or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
3. RVs must be in running order. No skirting or fencing around the RV. No additions of ANY KIND added to the RV or at the site.
4. Vehicle and/or RV MUST fit in the length of the site, with no additional parking.
Monthly Rates:
1. Background checks and management approval are required.
2. Utilities are separate and not included in the monthly rate. A $150.00 deposit is required.
7. We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.
9. Maximum of 10 people total at a site at any given time.
6. All Motorhomes, RVs, or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.
8. There will be no tent camping.
5. Reservations require a credit card hold.
11. Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags, and cots are not allowed outside.
10. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. All visitors are required to leave by 10 pm.
12. Maintenance of RVs or vehicles on the property is not allowed.
14. RVs are not to be dropped off for someone else.
13. Washing RVs or vehicles on the property is not allowed.
16. Clothes lines are not allowed.
15. The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.
17. Guests may not hang any items from the trees.
18. All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay. No trash in fire pits.
Safety:
1. The use of Firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED in the RV Park.
20. Tenants must remove all of their trash when they leave.
22. Drones or other remote-controlled machines may not be used at any time on the property.
21. DO not leave trash out overnight.
19. Only 1 RV and a maximum of 1 other vehicle are allowed per site. Only what will fit within the site, there is no additional parking.
2. The use of archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns in PROHIBITED.
3. Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.
4. The use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED.
5. Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED.
8. No vehicles can block any portion of the roadway.
6. The speed limit on the property is 5 mph.
7. Motorcycles must be at idle speed when traveling through the RV Park.
9. Vehicles may park in designated spaces only.
10. Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the RV Park, including ATVs.
Security:
1. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Keep your valuables locked up.
2. Report any problems with your site to the Main Office immediately.
11. Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the RV Park.
12. Quiet Cove
3. Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at ANY time.
Quiet Hours:
1. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am
2. Please be courteous to other guests around you.
3. We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on the property.
6. Guests violating rules that result in eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay.
4. Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from the park.
2. Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all pets.
Pet Policy:
1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable for the serenity/safety of our guests or the park.
5. Profanity or violence towards guests or RV staff will result in immediate eviction from the park.
