Check In
Before arrival, you will receive emails with links to check in online and to a welcome packet with a map of the campground and other valuable OTC information. So when you arrive, you have the choice to go directly to your site and call us at 352-542-9500 to let us know you've arrived or you can come to the office and we will show you to your site.

Pet Policies
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or the Resort. Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals. There is a two-pet limit in the resort unless authorized prior approval by management for a three pet limit. No exotic or oversized pets are permitted. This includes all reptiles or large birds. All Pets must be approved by management when making a reservation. No dangerous breeds allowed. Pets may not be left outside unattended. Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their pets. Pet owners may be charged up to $200 as a cleanup fee by guests that leave pet feces, holes, etc. Those with dog fences are required to clean up inside the fence. Failure to do so will result in a $200 fine and possible eviction. Putting multiple animals' feces down the toilets will be fined $400 and eviction. Guests should carry proof of pet’s current vaccinations. Resort is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner for any injury or damage caused by pet(s). Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal. Pets are not allowed in the shower or restroom facilities.+55 Policy
We only accept guests aged +55. However, if only one of your group is 55 or over, you still may be eligible for staying at Old Town Campground. If in doubt, please call us.CAMPGROUND GENERAL RULES
Check-In Time: 11:30 AM - 5:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY: Management may be able to arrange a late checkout, if available. Additional fees may apply. To ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures. 1. Guest assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Management harmless from and indemnify Management against the same. 2. Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets. 3. The park is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle. 4. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies. 5. No obnoxious or abusive behavior to other guests or staff will be tolerated and may result in eviction. 6. We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable. 7. We are an adult only (55+) campground. Children are only allowed for a short stay (2 - 3 days) with prior approval by management. We do not have any activities for children.
