Rules
Site Cleaning
If your site requires additional cleaning or preparation after departure and beyond normal, as management deems necessary (IE; Sewage, Oils, Paints, BBQ waste. Refuse, Etc.) A $35 fee will be assessed.
Refunds/Cancelations
Royal Palms RV Resort maintains a No Refund Policy. A $30.00 service charge applies to all cancellations. Early departure is considered as a cancellation with no refund. Discounts apply to daily rates only.
Liability
Management is not responsible for loss or damage of personal property caused by fire, theft, accidents, or acts of nature. Management is not liable for damage to RVs or vehicle(s) caused by fallen tree(s) or limb(s). Please place all excess TV cables, water hoses, electric cords, and sewer hoses next to or under RV. Management will not be fore those items during mowing.
Visitors
All visitors must register with the office. If visitors are overnight guests or if they intend to use common facilities, they are subject to visitor fees. ($10 per person per day) All visitors (adult and children) must always be accompanied by a paying guest.
Pond
We welcome our guests to fish during there stay with us. Catch and Release only, please. Swimming in the pond is not allowed.
Soliciting
No soliciting, peddling, loitering, trespassing, and trading is allowed at the park. The operation of a business on the RV site is prohibited.
WiFi
WiFi is a free service to the entire park and is for general internet usage. Streaming and downloading of large files, Netflixing, playing computer games, etc. is not permitted and will be subject to blockage if abused.
Vehicle Repairs
Working on vehicles of any type or changing oil is not allowed.
Sewer Connection
A sealing connection or rubber ring is required on all sewer hook ups.
Pets
We welcome pets if they are attended by adult tenants and are not deemed overly aggressive. All pets must always be kept on a short lease (6 Ft). Pets are not to be unattended at any time and are not allowed in the Recreation Room, Laundry Room, and Pool Area. You are responsible pick up the waste after your pet. Pet waste stations ands complimentary bags are provided throughout the park. Portable fences and kennels are allowed with park managers approval. Pets may not interfere with the peace and quiet of other guests. If your dog is disturbing other guests, you will be asked to control your pet. You may be requested to leave the park if you are unable to control your pet. Aggressive and exotic pets are not permitted. The maximum number of pets is limited to 2 per site unless approved in writing by park manager.
Campfires
Campfires are only permitted in small / screened patio fire pits. No open fires are permitted during a county wide burn ban. Fireworks are not allowed to be used in the park.
Storage
Utility / Cargo Trailers, Boats, and RVs may be kept for a monthly fee at a designated site. The Park is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Site Apperance
Guests agree to keep their site clean, neat, and in an orderly fashion always. Please store all personal items out of sight when not in use. No refrigerators or appliances are allowed outside the RV. Please do not hang clothes or towels outside. No permanent or temporary structures are allowed without the written consent of Park Manager. Satellite TV or Internet Dishes are allowed but must be positioned on your own site at the guest’s expense. We encourage RV Washing and Good Housekeeping.
RV Dump Waste
It is illegal to dump gray and black waste onto the ground. All Precautions must be taken to prevent a discharge other than in the approved sewer lines and connections. In the event of a discharge the guest is required to clean the discharge and notify park manager.
Quiet Time
10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Anything considered a nuisance will not be tolerated. Please no running generators or loud music. Please be considerate of others.
Trash
Please no not leave trash sitting out. No outside trash cans. Dumpsters are provided at each end of the park for household trash only. Please do not put furniture, appliances, lumber, or metal in orc around the dumpster areas. Please do not throw paper, cigarette/ cigar butts, drink bottles / caps, charcoal, etc. …. on the park grounds or in the ponds. “Don’t Mess with Texas”
Children
Children under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by an adult while on the park grounds and are not allowed in the Recreation Center or Pool unattended.
Site Occupancy
No more than four (4) Adults may occupy one recreational vehicle.
Speed Limit
5 MPH: Off road vehicles or motorized vehicles of any type are not allowed in the park.
Admission
RVs acceptance is based upon year, condition, and appearance. All RVs must be self-contained and RVIA approved. (or Canadian Equivalency).
Parking
One RV and two vehicles per site. No tents or tarps allowed. Additional vehicles shall be parked in the overflow parking areas. No boats, cargo trailers, and utility trailers allowed in or around sites. Please do not change sites without prior approval from management. Cutting through, using, or parking in unoccupied sites or on the grass is prohibited.
Late Payments
All monthly site rentals are due in full on there designated date of each month. Any payment or partial payments received after the fifth day of your designated payment date will have an additional $40.00 late fee added to that month’s reservation. An additional $40.00 late fee (for a total of $80.00) will be added if an unpaid balance remains after the fifteenth day of your designated payment date.
RV Type Policy
Approved recreational vehicles include Class A, Class B, Class C Motorhomes, fifth wheels, hard-sided travel trailers, and toy haulers. Cargo trailers, Living Quarter Trailers, and cab-over truck campers are not permitted. All recreational vehicles must be currently registered, maintained in good condition, and in running order without leaks of any kind. All RVs must be leveled and supported with the proper equipment.
