Welcome to The Texas Rose RV Park, where your camping experience is elevated to a whole new level! As the proud new owner of this exceptional RV park in Beeville, TX, I invite you to come and experience the difference.
Tired of the cramped, impersonal feel of a mall parking lot? Look no further than our spacious lots, which are designed to give you ample room to spread out and relax. With soft grass and crushed limestone underfoot, you'll feel like you're truly in nature, not surrounded by harsh concrete.
But that's not all we offer. Our park is equipped with:
A fantastic dog park
Community charcoal grills
Picnic tables
Horse shoes
On-site laundromat
You can spend your evenings gazing at the stars while you enjoy the sweet taste of s'mores by the fire.
We are just 7 minutes from downtown Beeville, 2 minutes from TDCJ Garza, and 3 minutes from Chase Field. You'll never be late for work, and you can even come home for lunch!
Our lots are HUGE, starting at 35x65 feet for just $450 per month, and we also offer 45x65 foot lots for only $470 per month. Plus, our rates include electric, wifi, water, and sewer - everything you need to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

Rules
Number of Vehicles
One additional vehicle allowed outside of your RV and tow vehicle.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10 PM
Sewage Dumping Prohibited
Please do not dump any grey/black water on grounds at the park. Each site is provided with full hook-ups, including sewer.
Pet Rules
Pets must be on a leash and attended to at all times. Please clean up after your pet. Aggressive behavior from your pet will not be tolerated.
Rv age limit
Rv must be no older than 10 years old!
Washing Cars & RVs Via Our Wash Service Only
Washing cars and RVs is not allowed, but we do provide a wash service (check with the office for pricing).
