The Tropical Gardens RV Park is a beautiful park located at San Leon, Texas, and provides a beautiful and relaxing environment for its visitors, at very reasonable rates! Pull-thru spaces and hookups suitable for 20/30/50 amps are available! Also provided at the park are two laundry rooms, and a bath house, Free WiFi and a small catch & release lake.
The site is clean, open and the management is very friendly offering excellent services to make your stay memorable. The amenities provided are high-quality and there are many nearby attractions which the travelers can enjoy during their stay. Guest
all sites include 4 persons per site additional guest $20.00 per month or $10 per week.
Guest
No guest over 3 days if not on your site service agreement.
Quiet time
Back gate and public laundry closed at 10pm No loud music or parties after 10pm
Children
No children under 10 allowed to roam park alone. After 10pm no children allowed to leave site unattended by adult.
RV Restrictions
2000 and newer unless approved by management. No tarps or AC units in windows.
Vehicles
2 vehicles per site. Boats , trailers and SUV are considered your vehicle.
Pets
2 Pets per site. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Pets station are thru out the park with bags.All dogs must be on a leash at all times and no unattended pets outside your camper. Fines are applied if rules are broken.
Deposits
$150.00 deposit is required to hold your spot and it applies to your monthly rent and is non refundable.
Cancelation Policy
After 7 days Deposit is non refundable
