Convenient to the convention center, casino, river, and French Quarter, the expansive hotel’s twin towers provide great river and city views. Many rooms have been renovated, others are more modest. The main tower's huge atrium lobby features a central cocktail lounge and the famous Dragos seafood restaurant, known for its char-grilled oysters. The facilities at the extensive health and athletic club are available for an additional fee. Great li action et service w view
The Good: Room was clean. Check in staff were helpful. Beds were comfortable. Atmosphere of the Hotel was great. The Bad: Shower water pressure was pretty low. Got in late, room service was closed and soda vending machine on our floor was completely out of order. Parking garage in and out access card didn't seem to work on the exit gates.
Room was fine, but the shades did not close and there were bright lights shining in room all night.

This Hotel is our go to when in New Orleans. This trip was a before and after a cruise stay. It was great the check in staff was great, there was a issue with my reservation and it was taken care of quickly with no issues. And after the Cruise we arrived very early and the staff found us a room right away.
