The hotel was nicely updated, extremely clean and had good breakfast. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful - they went out of their way to give us extra clean towels and cookies. Nice little game room and brochures; my husband appreciated the massage chairs after walking so much. Beds for me were not so comfortable with firm Tempur-Pedic style mattress but everything else was great. A great affordable stay to be centrally located between downtown and midtown or highway access to suburbs.
Yes, this is the 2nd or 3rd time I had stayed at this location, the place is always clean, the rooms are all comfortable and the morning breakfast has plenty of food available and is always fresh...

Hotel scanned an image of my credit card. Suddenly, my credit card was fraudulently used elsewhere. Can’t say for certain it happened there, but since I tap and pay rather than use my physical card anywhere, it’s pretty suspect to me.
Very noisy in the room and in the hallway. Hotel was in great location. Workers at the front desk not very friendly or helpful. Prices quoted by AAA were not the same that the hotel charged, but it worked out fine.
