Extremely friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Front Desk upon arrival was in the process of trying to charge my card before my check in time. Claiming that is policy!! Then she claimed I gave false information when I booked the rooms & was in the process of giving our Rooms away!! Thank Goodness we were 2 hours & 15 minutes early for check in. Guest Services were non-existent!! Had plumbing issues, outlets not working/had tape over them. No Maid service for the 4 days/3 Nights. There also was no Front Desk person available to address any of these issues that Occurred!! Only has trash emptied!! Lamp on Desk not working & Front Desk person insulated my Sister & I by trying to tell us the lamp was unplugged. It was unplugged b/c my Sister unplugged it when it stopped working!!

People were friendly, lobby, computer area, breakfast room and pool were nice and updated. The rooms, however, were not updated. They really need some attention. They were clean and comfortable, but needed upgrades in towels, shower curtain, bedding and carpets.
