Great location but our 10-day stay at this Best Western was nothing but disappointment. Daily struggles with housekeeping (they even left our room blocked open for us to find when we returned that evening!); hot breakfast is pancakes, eggs, and sausage - *every day*; the room we were in was too small for the two queen-sized beds. Halls, dining area could use a refresh. Rear building entrance was never locked. Management was polite and responsive addressing our concerns but we should not have had this many issues.

TV didn't work & had to repack to switch rooms. No hair dryer or shampoo & clock didn't work in new room. After 3 visits to the front desk I received my rewards points, maybe.
Friendly, helpful staff. Good location. Clean, though new carpeting would enhance the hotel. Breakfast tables should be wiped off between guests; they were frequently sticky.

AAA Travel should mention specifically that the cheapest room is pet-friendly room. I had to change the room and pay extra money.
