We loved CR! The staff were wonderful, the same as the atmosphere in Disney, everyone we encountered! The suite was perfect and clean. The restaurant choices were excellent. The pool and grounds were very nice, we swam every day. Even the staff at the pool, helping with fancy towels; nice touch! We would stay there again for sure!!

We enjoyed our stay, however, there were a few things we thought would have been nice. The sheets and blankets were very stiff and not soft at all ( little fabric softener or white vinegar could fix this). We had a toddler and we felt as if most of the amenities were for adults and not kids. We understand that it isn’t everyone’s cup of tea to make kids happy, but a few more things that were kid centered would be nice. The beds were VERY hard. Like rock solid hard. We paid for a king suite and we were put into a queen.
