Went on family vacation and the staff made us feel discriminated against because of my dog, which is ESA registered. Constantly stopped and asked. They didn’t provide appropriate towels and their shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I waited the next day to see if they would fix the issue. NOPE had to call front desk. Hours later I have a huge bag of stuff requested. I was checked by security to look inside and noticed nobody else was getting checked.
