Greeting guests is an attractively appointed atrium lobby and restaurant. Guest rooms are spacious as they each offer a separate living area; some rooms have an ocean view. Smoke free premises. 225 units. 12 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Nice hotel, but ALL the windows look like they haven’t been washed in over a year. Not sure why we have to pay $20 to “self park”, but they charge the fee. The hotel isn’t nearly as quiet as we would have liked, mainly because it’s located at a busy intersection where we heard sirens all three days.
With the exception of the manager, Jackie, and a few employees, the front desk clerks didn’t appear to care to find my confirmed reservation. AAA had to call Jackie. Jackie found my confirmation. The elevators broke down. We were down to one elevator for the entire hotel (12 floors and about 1,000 guests). The rooms were dirty with soiled pillows. The walls in the rooms and throughout the hotel were torn and scratched.
