We were supposed to have an ocean view. Well we were given the 8 th floor that has a beautiful balcony but the view was of the hotels in front of us. Not happy. We were then given the 19th floor which had a tremendous view but we had to pay 120$ to upgrade. Not ok since we paid for ocean view up to the 18th floor. I loved this Hotel. It was beautiful and the staff was very accommodating. We had a power outage for 4 and 1/2 hours and could not get down from the 19th floor. Or flush the toilet but okay we lived. I just wish that our time here was awesome but have to say when you need to negotiate a room not ok. We were given a breakfast at the sister hotel that was nice and a bottle of wine which I enjoyed but I would have appreciated not paying for an upcharge and to accommodate our reservation
